Thermal water at the Thermes de Neyrac-les-Bains
Captured at a depth of more than 40 metres, Neyrac’s water, of volcanic origin (30°C), is very pure, slightly spicy but pleasant to drink. It is naturally rich in micronutrients and has a calc-sodium, magnesium, silicate and carbogas content. It is used at the Neyrac Spa for its anti-inflammatory and healing properties in the treatment of psoriasis and eczema.
Thermal mud
Obtained by settling and deironingof the thermal water, the Neyrac thermal silt is made up of iron oxide which gives it its rusty ochre colour. Very unctuous, it is associated with a very pure clay of the montmorillonite family. With its exceptional properties, its use in dermatology makes it the specificity of Neyrac-les-Bains. Its anti-pruritic, emollient and healing action in dermatology and its relaxing action in rheumatology.
Thermalism in Neyrac-les-Bains
The treatments provided at the Neyrac-les-Bains Spa aim to improve joint suppleness, combat contractures and reduce the need for painkillers and anti-inflammatories in chronic rheumatism.
They also help to stop inflammation and itching, and to prolong remissions in eczema and psoriasis.
Thermal treatments improve blood circulation in cases of chronic venous insufficiency, particularly in cases of gonarthrosis, plantar static disorders and eczema resulting from veno-lymphatic stasis.

The Spa des Thermes itinerary includes access to the thermal pool with swan neck and jacuzzi, the vaporarium, the sauna and the Kneipp pools (hot and cold baths).
Accommodation
The Neyrac-les-Bains spa estate offers 54 flats in two residences in the heart of the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Natural Park.
The Résidence des thermes includes 30 spacious studios with a balcony overlooking the park. A solarium is available on the first floor.
The Résidence du Natural Spa features 24 studios with private balconies offering direct access to the treatment centre via its central rotunda.
On the outskirts of the spa, there is a wide range of accommodation available: hotels, campsites, bed and breakfast, gites and furnished accommodation.

Enjoy a lunch to enhance your thermal cure or your treatments at the Spa. La Terrasse des thermes is a restaurant located on the thermal estate of Neyrac-les-Bains. Chef Thierry Lenon offers refined and seasonal recipes made with local products. The restaurant has a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the thermal park of Neyrac-les-Bains.
