You can see it on your way to the Jaujac volcano along the route of the “coulée vive” path. This enchanted place, two ponds of about 800 m². This marsh naturally fed by the Volcano’s springs is a natural paradise for dragonflies

The marsh is covered with reeds, yellow irises, cattails, watercress, pondweeds and other aquatic plants and mown grasslands. At least 24 species of dragonflies frequent the pond of Jaujac. They can be seen flying in good weather every day. There are also many toads and frogs, maybe you’ll be lucky enough to meet them !
